Residential: EMT is used in residential electrical systems, especially for exposed wiring in areas such as basements, garages, and attics.
Commercial: EMT is commonly used in commercial buildings for power distribution, lighting systems, and other electrical systems where wiring needs to be protected but not subjected to harsh external conditions.
